We are currently seeking a talented Web Developer + Designer. Online hands-on knowledge + experience and solid hand-coding ability are required. Candidate must be able to conceptualize and design in multiple environments including identity/branding, web, mobile, motion and video.... Typical projects include, but not limited to, graphic design, site building, brand book, mock-up, animated online banner, prototypes for landing pages, and html emails. Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities
Develop pricing strategies, balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction among the competitive marketplace
Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing plans and strategies to promote products and services, and enhance brand awareness
Actively manage our extensive line-up of products and services by researching and developing competitive features, pricing, and effective marketing strategies
Maximize new client conversions and existing client retention through effective, and timely, product adaptation to the rapidly-evolving marketplace and customer needs
Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of product lines and services, monitoring and analyzing current business developments and market trends
Build and maintain relationships with strategic industry partners
Work closely with the sales team by assisting sales calls and chats when required, and using your experience to fine tune our marketing efforts
Co-design, write and execute production and publication of marketing materials (e.g.: magazine advertisements, websites, presentations, and brochures) that stress the key selling points of the product line
Work as the marketing liaison between other departments (systems administration, development, and sales) in order to see through deliverables to rapid and accurate completion
Other related duties as needed, as this position is continually evolving and growing
Qualifications Required
You must be a natural leader and be able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily, which requires the following assets:

Education / Experience
Degree holder in Marketing or IT related disciplines
A minimum of four years hosting or directly related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience as deemed appropriate for the role)
