Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and execute production and publication of marketing collaterals (e.g.: magazine advertisement, website, presentations, and brochures.)
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing plans and strategies to promote products and services and enhance brand awareness.
- Support, train and performance evaluations of select marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
- Actively manage our extensive line-up of products and services, researching and setting competitive features, pricing, and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Manage the SEO campaigns, including inbound link management, AdWords and various websites & ad management (300,000 inbound links).
- Build relationships with strategic industry partners.
- Manage advertisement posts on various Forums.
- Analyze, optimize website for optimal conversion rate.
- Assist with sales calls and chats when required.
- Other duties as directed and needed; this position is continually evolving and growing

Duties
- Collaborate and work with a team of 3-4 developers and 1-2 systems administrators;
- Design and maintain the internal systems and hardware required for the in-house development team;
- Full stack development, from database development to JS/CSS frontend.
- Collaborate with the team leaders, other discipline managers, vendors, contractors and clients to make sure development activity is meeting company objectives;
- Lead projects, do design, architecture, implementation, and support of both shared and dedicated hosting services like web, email, DNS, and monitoring.
- Build new services for hosting automation, clustering, and other solutions as well as enhancements to existing, legacy applications with minimal supervision;
- Test, QA, and release coordination of company-wide builds affecting thousands of customers;
Skills / Qualifications
- Outstanding PHP and MySQL programming skills are a must;
- Comfortable in at least two lower level languages (C, C++, Java, Assembly, etc).
- at least two scripting languages other than PHP (Python, Ruby, Bash, Perl, etc)
- Experience with Front End development (jQuery, Backbone.js, HTML, JSON, XML, HTML5 a plus)
- Familiarity with database development (query optimizing, indexing, schema optimization, sharding, partitioning, replication, etc).
- Extra points for NoSQL DB experience (MongoDB, Riak, Cassandra, Hadoop, etc).
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, team-development environment is critical; Agile development experience preferred.
- Additional expertise with non-common technologies a big plus;
- Considerable real-world experience working within a LAMP development environment;
- Commitment to good development practices and methodologies.

The primary goal of the Affiliate and Reseller Coordinator is to create a 'win-win' relationship for both the partner and Superb Internet. This position also requires the ability to handle all situations, positive and negative, with tact and professionalism. Especially when communicating any changes that would be required in the channel structure.
The successful candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong desire to succeed, and a "go getter" sales mentality along with a four-year degree from an accredited university or college in Business, Marketing, IT, Communication or Management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Primary role will be to actively recruit - via phone, emails, web search, etc. - new potential affiliates and resellers through existing and new portals (minimum of 20 to 30 contacts per day).
- Will work with marketing and sales to nurture new leads with a focus on web hosting resellers and professional affiliates.
- Support all of channel marketing launch processes including timelines, prioritization, coordinate the successful execution of effective and efficient consumer channel experiences that advance core business.
- Coordinate effective channel marketing programs to increase visibility in web hosting industry.
- Collaborate on the development of product positioning, established messaging and marketplace opportunities.
- Closely coordinate with Product Manager to ensure messaging and marketing plans are fully integrated into all aspects of merchandising.
- Track invoices and channel metrics and overseeing the reconciliation process between the finance and sales teams.
- Work with sales teams on new channel opportunities, events, sales staff programs and partnerships.
- Updating ads and/or content on internal, Commission Junction and Share-a-sale network
- Complete monthly to bi-monthly competitive analysis of affiliate networks
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
