Customer Support subscriptions include support credits that you can use across any servers you have in your account. You can order Customer Support credits in 4, 8, or 16 credit increments. Customer Support credits also accumulate (or roll over) every month and remain in your account until they are used.

Server Support subscriptions include support credits you can use on a single dedicated server, or single cloud account (which may include multiple virtual machines).  You can order Server Support credits in 4, 8, or 16 credit increments.  In contrast to Customer Support subscriptions, Server Support credits do not accumulate.  Instead, the number of credits available gets reset to the amount you ordered at the beginning of the month.

One support credit is equivalent to 15 minutes of Tech 1 or Tech 2 (Tier 1, Tier 2) work, while two support credits is equivalent to 15 minutes of Tech 3 (Tier 3) or Tech 4 (Tier 4) work.  If you do not purchase one of the subscription packages detailed above, support credits will be added to your invoice and are billed at a slightly higher rate.
