The Superb SLA guarantees an outstanding level of performance, reliability, and service for all dedicated servers. You can count on our state-of-the-art network and NOCs, with multiple levels of physical and logical redundancy, staffed by experienced Systems Administrators 24x7x365.

Transparent Credit Terms

  • Should service not be rendered according to the guaranteed SLA terms, up to 100% of applicable fees on your monthly bill will be credited.
  • Data is measured per consecutive 30-day period.
  • In the highly unlikely event that over any consecutive 30-day period, any one of these events occurs - network downtime exceeds 1% (7 hours), or packet loss from us to Tier 1 providers exceeds 5%, or latency from us to local Tier 1 providers exceeds 20 ms, or a server repair causes more than 24 hours of downtime - you can terminate service immediately at no cost.

Shared Hosting: 100% Refund If Your First Month is Anything but Superb!

When you sign up for shared hosting at Superb Internet, we're certain you'll like what you get. If for any reason you are not delighted within the first 30 days of service, we will refund 100% of your web hosting fees - plus the cost of set-up. (This guarantee does not apply to dedicated servers or Domain Registration credits, and is not valid after 30 days of service)

Simply submit your cancellation request through your myCP® customer portal: click on "Cancel Server/Account" and complete the form. Sorry, but we can't accept cancellation requests by telephone or via e-mail for security reasons. (Any account terminated for violating our Terms of Service will not be eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee)

Network Performance

100% Network Uptime

Should there ever be downtime, you get one full day of credit for each hour of downtime. Premium transit clients get double credit - two days of credit for each hour.


Zero Packet Loss

We guarantee zero packet loss from us to our Tier 1 Backbone Providers and Peers. If anything unexpected occurs, you get one day of credit for each 1% of packet loss. Premium transit clients again get double credit - two days of credit for each 1%.

Latency Below 3ms

We guarantee from us to our Tier 1 Backbone Providers and local Peers that you get one day of credit for each additional 3 ms of latency. If it is anything less our SLA will offer the premium transit clients - two days of credit for every two-hour time window.

Less than Two Hours

If any of our equipment goes down due to malfunction, we guarantee a replacement unit will be live within two hours. Should Additional Time be Required, You Get a Full Day of Credit for Each Additional Two Hours.

Premium Transit Clients

Two days of credit for every two-hour time window, that's double the credit.
