Yes, and there is no limit to the number of additional IPs that can be assigned to each server on the VPS hosting account.
1) Go to the Order New Account Add-Ons link inside of the myCP® interface to request additional IP addresses.
2) The new IPs will be available to the VPS account within a hour, and they will be shown on the IP Addresses link in the VPS Control Panel.
