Q1: What is the Superb Reseller program?

A: The Superb Reseller program is a tool that has been designed to help you earn huge revenues by either expanding your hosting services or by broadening your existing dedicated hosting services.

Q2: Who should join the Superb Reseller Program?

A: Any company or individual (i.e. web designer, consultant, outsourced IT service provider, computer shop, developer, etc.) seeking to resell reliable, secure, optimally connected dedicated server hosting services hosted in secure, reliable, managed data centers directly connected to over 500 major networks.

Q3: Do I need to have a server or sign a contract with Superb to be a Reseller?

A: Before you are accepted, please fill out our reseller application form on the left. While we do not require a contract, we do still need you to sign our Reseller Agreement, and we will audit you to ensure that you qualify to be a reseller.

Q4: How much of a discount will I get as an approved Reseller?

A:

  • Tier 1 - 20% discount on monthly fee: $100.00 to $1,500.00 per month
  • Tier 2 - 27% discount on monthly fee: Above $1501.00 to $4,000.00 per month
  • Tier 3 - 33% discount on monthly fee: Above $4,001.00 to $10,000 per month
  • Tier 4 - 40% discount on monthly fee: Above $10,001.00 and up

Q5: How do my customers order dedicated servers from me?

A: Once you have been approved and setup as a Reseller, you will be able to order dedicated servers from our convenient online control panel interface. Simply log into your myCP® online control panel at https://mycp.superb.net

Q6: Is customer support included with my server order?

A: Yes - all our Superb servers come with 24x7 customer support.

Q7: How do my customers submit a server reboot request?

A: You and your customers will have access to an online reboot interface. so that your customers can login and enter a request for a reboot directly to Superb. You, the Reseller, are in charge of setting the user name and password to grant your customers access to the interface. Your clients will need to enter their IP (this is the best way to identify your customer's server) when entering their customer support request. You will be notified by e-mail, when and if a reboot request is entered in the system. Reboots are always free.

Q8: What is the URL of the interface my clients will use to enter a reboot request?

A: The online reboot interface for your clients is: https://www.mycpcontrolpanel.net. Resellers should still login to their myCP® control panel at https://mycp.superb.net and enter a ticket for any requests.

Q9: How do my clients get technical support?

A: As they are your clients, you will be responsible for providing technical support for your customers.

Q12: Do you do any custom installations?

A: In order to offer these extremely affordable dedicated solutions, your server comes complete with common applications which are included with the operating system. You will have full root/administrator access, plus the option of adding Cpanel/WHM or Parallels® Plesk Panel control panel software. You will have full, unrestricted access to your server (you can create an unlimited number of login accounts of any type without any extra charges, install software, modify the server configuration, etc.). Customized configurations are available by contacting your account manger for more details.

Q13: Do you provide any graphic design or web design?

A: No. We focus on providing superior service, reliability and connectivity for our state-of-the-art data centers in Springfield, VA, McLean, VA and Seattle, WA, which are all staffed by highly trained network and systems engineers

Q14: Do you offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA)?

A: We offer an industry leading 100% uptime, zero packet loss, ultra low latency, and under 2 hours for server hardware repairs SLA. For more information, please refer to the detailed SLA

Q15: Who are your up-stream providers, where can I find more information about your Network?

A: We run a fault tolerant, many layers redundant, coast-to-coast IP backbone and reach over 50% of the Internet routes directly, completely intermediary transit network free - thus resulting in dramatically improved performance: less hops, lower latency, and more redundancy. For the remaining ~40% of Internet routes, we use only true global tier 1 networks under their strongest SLA, priority service. Our network is engineered for financial institutions and other enterprise clients, to deliver 100% uptime and the lowest latency possible. For more information, please refer to the NSSSC

Q17: What is excluded from reseller discount

A: All traffic and/or bandwidth-based services (such as additional GB/m traffic, whether prepaid or overage billed as used, 10 Mb/s and 100 Mb/s unlimited traffic ports, all variants thereof) and special/clearance servers are excluded from reseller discounts, due to already being offered at or below our cost.

Q18: Are all services discounted?

A: Certain services, such as control panels and operating systems, are subject to a flat discount of 5%, due to third party pricing constrains.
