Our data centers are staffed by some truly innovative thinkers—and all are selected for their skill at solving problems. Every single year, each minute of a total of 8,760 hours is monitored to make sure our network is performing optimally, your servers are safe and secure, nestled in their racks, kept at optimal temperatures, and fed a steady stream of electricity. They get special care and attention, too.

Craig

"I've been a self-taught computer user for 25 years now. My primary interests and specialities include FreeBSD administration, RAID and file storage solutions, virtualization technology, and high availability computing. I'm equally comfortable in Unix and Linux environments as well as Windows. Technology is my life, when I'm not at work chances are high I'm working on a project to gather extra functionality through JTAG ports and flash programming. I'd say my best trait in these regards is determination, the desire to see something through to completion and the dedication to do it correctly the first time."

Tim

"graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a double major in computer science and mathematics and received my Bachelors of Science degree. At UPS I worked in our on-campus technology services division during my four years, helping oversee the residential network along with consultant work for students with any hardware/software issues. I have a strong background in programming (Java, C/C++, C#, HTML) along with database programming, having used PostgreSQL as part of my thesis in competing in the Netflix Prize competition. During the summer of my sophomore year I took part in an internship with the United States Geological Survey as a technician."
