We now accept PayPal. For all orders on a monthly billing cycle, a valid credit is required to be on file. Your first month will be charged to the card to ensure its validity. After the first month, you are free to pay with your PayPal account. There will be an additional convenience fee for PayPal transactions.

Important: Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Wire Transfer" in the subject line. Add your invoice # and the amount paid in the subject line. An extra $20 must be added to the amount of the payment to account for extra charges the bank charges us to get your transfer.
eCheck/ACH & Save 1%
Getting setup with ACH and saving 1% off your invoice is easy. Simply download the ACH enrollment form, print, fill-out, attach a void check and fax it to 808-441-0952. Once we get the form, you will be enrolled as early as your next invoice.
Note: a credit card on file is still needed for ACH.
Please contact Billing on the special arrangements for Western Union money transfers. You should only use this method if none of the other options above are realistically possible for you. If you have any further questions regarding offline payment options, please don't hesitate to ask Billing.
Mailed in Check:
You also have the option to mail in or deliver a check to us via courier. Please note when sending a check, that the funds are in $USD and your invoice number is clearly written on the check. If you are unable to send the check in $USD, we ask that you send a money order.
Fax Credit Card Details:
If you do not wish to submit your credit card details via the secure online forms, you can also fax them to us at 808.441.0952. Make sure to note (1) the invoice number, (2) the total to be charged, (3) your card type, (4) card number, (5) card expiry date, (6) cardholder name, (7) full cardholder address (as listed with the card issuer), (8) cardholder home phone number, (9) cardholder E-mail address, and (10) ensure to sign the form (unsigned faxed card payment authorizations cannot be accepted). Please note that the form has to be complete and signed by the cardholder.

For substantial savings on your dedicated hosting package, we offer contract billing for monthly, 3-month, or 6-month billing cycles. By signing up for a one-year term, you will receive an additional discount on the service package you've purchased, and you'll be guaranteed the same low pricing for that package as long as your account remains active with us - after the initial one-year contract term, your service will automatically and continually renew at the same price on a month-to-month basis.
Best of all, pre-payment is not required to receive these savings - you can take advantage of the discounted pricing with contract term billing while using the invoice cycle (monthly, 3-month, or 6-month) that is most convenient for you.
How does it work?
Contract term billing is only available for legal residents of the USA and Canada. To be eligible for contract term billing, please provide your Social Security Number (USA) or Social Insurance Number (Canada) along with your date of birth and your current home address. We may conduct an initial credit check to ensure you qualify for contract term billing and may run periodic credit checks during the term period to confirm that you maintain qualification.
