Our core network is monitored at all times by our experienced network administrators who are on-site 24x7x365 at each of our network operations centers. We set the highest standards when it comes to fulfilling our 100% network uptime guarantee. For this reason, we believe in full transparency. If we learn of a possible power interruption or if emergency maintenance is required, you will be notified. We have multiple back-up and disaster recovery plans in place, so that you never have to worry about the state of your servers.
