Many busy private practices are in the need of a phone triage system, or a hospital seeking complete after-hours call center solutions, TriageLogic has a product to meet their needs, in the same way Superb Internet met the needs for us.

For their servers, they needed to build and install their own proprietary call center software. A platform that was designed by doctors, nurses and Ph’d. Superb had the right mix of hardware solutions to fit the bill.

TriageLogic services has grown since their time with Superb Internet since 2013 and just as the clients love that they can actually access the TriageLogic software remotely to make changes to their physician on-call schedule and to view patient notes and physician pages, they enjoy the 24/7 service from technical support and the customized solutions from their account rep, Jenny.
